If your watch/electronics stop working within the warranty period or you get a defective product or wrong item then we will exchange the product in 7 days. Within the next 48 hours, our courier man will go and pick up the product back from you.
The Payment will be refunded via the original payment mode.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refund applicable if you do not get the product same as shown by us through video before dispatching. If you get a different item in any case you can keep the item as compensation plus we will refund you the amount back to your account or through your desired mode of payment in 7 working days.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not qualify for return or refund.
